Orders & Pricing
Orders
Our products are only available for delivery within New Zealand. We do not accept
orders via our website for delivery to other countries. However, if there is no
local distributor in your country of a product you wish to purchase, we are happy
to contact our supplier to request authorisation for us to supply your order. In
this case, please contact us directly.
Pricing
All prices are all stated in New Zealand dollars, and are GST inclusive. Our prices
are subject to change without notice, but once you have confirmed and paid for your
order, your purchase price is set, provided the product is in stock. New shipments
of stock may be subject to price change. Please note that we do not accept cancellation
of completed and paid for orders.
Stock Availability
All products ordered are subject to availability. We endeavour to keep our stock
levels accurate, but in the unlikely event that your ordered product is out of stock,
we will contact you to discuss what you wish to do. Your choices will be to wait
for another shipment, (which may be at a different price), change your order to
another product, or receive a refund.
Shipping & Freight
Shipping
Unless otherwise requested, orders will be shipped via courier service. Normal delivery
time is 2 – 3 days, so if your order has not arrived within this time, please contact
us. All goods must be signed for on delivery so please ensure that someone is at
the delivery address to receive the goods. Any damaged goods must be reported to
us within 48 hrs of receipt quoting invoice number, and courier tracking number.
Contact can be made by e mail, fax or phone, preferably with digital image showing
damage. We will endeavour to remedy all disputes within 10 days of notification.
Freight Charges
Orders valued at less than $250.00 including GST will incur a handling and freight
charge of $10.00. Orders valued at $250.00 and above will be shipped freight free.
Payment
We accept payment by Visa or MasterCard. Payments are processed by DPS who are certified
to Visa and Mastercard global industry standards. This ensures that best practice
methodologies and process are adhered to for your security.
Returns & Warranty
Returns
Goods can be returned within 7 days of receipt for refund or exchange. The return
freight is at your cost. The goods must be returned new, unused, unaltered, not
previously installed, and in a sellable condition with all of the original packaging
and labels. If your returned product does not meet the above requirements, we will
contact you to discuss your options. Special orders that are found to be an incorrect
size will not be accepted for return.
Warranty
All our products are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty. Any goods for possible
warranty replacement must be returned to us for inspection and warranty assessment
at your cost. You must include proof of purchase. Items accepted as warrantable
will be repaired or replaced, with shipping to you at our cost. If the item is not
accepted for warranty repair or replacement, we will advise you as soon as possible.
Errors
We work hard to ensure that all product descriptions and other information on our
website is accurate. If you find any inaccuracies, please let us know.
Privacy Policy
Privacy
The personal information you provide us to enable us to supply your order will remain
confidential to us, and is held on secure servers. We will not share that information
with any other party. If you choose not to accept further communications from us
regarding special offers and other promotions, we will retain your information only
for the purposes of our sales history. We will make no attempt to contact you again
in the future.
