The Alpha 340 represents the first implementaion of Bead Socket Technologu (BST) for the road and cyclocross market. The short sidewall and wide inside rim cavity allow for lower tyre pressure while maintaining a firm tyre feel and a more compliant ride quality.
The low weight and semi-aero profile of the Alpha 340 make for a fast accelerating, stiff and strong wheel built to meet the needs of every rider.
Bead Socket Technology
A patented design feature created to mimic the tyre bead shape and securely retain the bead for a tighter tubeless seal The inner rim shape allows the rim to be taped air tight for tubeless use with sealant, or use with your favourite clincher and tube.
Fully tubeless compatible with the 21mm yellow tape and Alpha road tubeless valve stem.
