The Alpha 340 represents the first implementation of Stan’s Bead Socket Technology (BST) for the road and cyclocross market. Featuring short sidewalls and a wide inside rim cavity allows for lower tyre pressure creating a firm tyre feel with decreased rolling resistance. The low weight and semi-aero profile of the Alpha 340 makes for a fast accelerating, stiff and strong wheel build to meet the needs of every rider. This light wheelset may be used tubeless with any Road Tubeless Tyre and Stan’s Sealant or with your favorite clincher and a tube.

Remember you can only use Hutchinson Road Tubeless tyres for tubeless use. It does not matter what other road tyre you have it will stretch and blow off the rim.
